Burst pipes, flooding, sewage backup, or storm damage β EnviroMax Services arrives fast, extracts the water, and begins drying before permanent damage sets in.
Our Services

Frozen or broken pipes can release hundreds of gallons in minutes. We arrive fast, stop the flow, and begin extraction immediately.

Standing water in your basement destroys flooring, framing, and belongings. We pump it out and dry the structure down to safe levels.

Heavy rain and wind-driven water intrusion lead to mold within 24β48 hours. We extract, dry, and document everything for your insurance claim.

Sewage is a Category 3 biohazard. Our technicians are trained in safe containment and complete sanitation β protecting your family's health.

Dishwashers, washing machines, and water heaters fail without warning. We respond fast before saturation causes structural damage.

Minimize downtime. We work directly with your property manager and insurance adjuster to restore your commercial property quickly.
The Process
Available every hour of every day. No voicemail. No call center. Real technicians, real answers. (586) 749-5510
Our crew arrives β typically within 60 minutes β with full extraction equipment. We assess the damage, stop the source, and explain the full scope before we begin.
Industrial water extractors remove standing water. Powerful air movers and dehumidifiers dry walls, subfloors, and cavities. Moisture meters guide every step.
We restore your property to pre-loss condition and provide full documentation β photos, moisture readings, and reports β for a smooth insurance claim.
Damage Assessment
Water damage is assessed along two dimensions: contamination level (Category) and moisture volume (Class). Our certified technicians evaluate both on arrival β because the right protocol depends on exactly what you're dealing with.
Contamination Level

Category 1
Clean water. No immediate health threat.
Water originating from a sanitary source poses no risk upon contact. This is the most straightforward type of loss to address β but it can escalate to Category 2 if not mitigated quickly.

Category 2
Contaminated water. Avoid contact.
Gray water carries biological or chemical contaminants at levels that can cause illness if ingested or absorbed. Protective handling is required, and affected materials must be properly treated or removed.

Category 3
Hazardous water. Do not enter unprotected.
Black water is severely contaminated and may carry pathogens, toxins, heavy metals, pesticides, or sewage. Full protective equipment and specialized containment protocols are mandatory. Affected porous materials are typically non-salvageable.
Moisture Volume
Class describes how much water is present and how difficult it will be to dry β determined by the types of materials affected and the depth of saturation. This directly impacts drying time and equipment requirements.
Limited area, minimal moisture.
Only part of a room or a single material type is affected. Water absorption into surrounding materials is low. Fastest to dry and easiest to resolve with standard equipment.
Full room affected, walls involved.
At least an entire room's worth of carpet and pad is wet. Moisture has wicked up wall cavities to 24 inches or less. Structural materials like subfloor panels, wood framing, and concrete slabs retain moisture.
Overhead source, entire area saturated.
Water entered from above β a failed ceiling or roof. Ceilings, walls, insulation, carpet, and subfloor throughout the entire affected area are thoroughly saturated. This requires the most drying capacity.
Dense materials, deep saturation.
Water has penetrated low-porosity materials β hardwood floors, brick, concrete, stone, or plaster. These materials hold moisture at depth and resist standard drying. Extended drying timelines and specialized low-humidity equipment are required.
Specialty Drying RequiredEnviroMax technicians classify your loss on arrival β assessing both category and class β so the right equipment, the right protocol, and the right timeline are deployed from minute one.
